When you submit an enquiry we may receive your name, email address, telephone number, postcode, service requirement, message and any photos or documents you choose to upload.

We use enquiry information to understand your request, contact you, prepare quotations, progress work you ask us to undertake and maintain appropriate business records.
Uploaded files
Files uploaded through the enquiry form are stored in a protected website folder and provided to our enquiry email using a secure random download link. The link is configured to expire after 7 days. Uploaded files are not added to the public WordPress Media Library.
Email enquiries
Website enquiries are sent to estimating@djhintons.co.uk. Email records may be retained where needed to handle an enquiry, quotation, contract or other legitimate business requirement.
